Microsoft stated about the following issue existing with this release:

Systems and users’ certificate lost when updating from Windows 10, versions 1809 and later version. The devices will be impacted only when you have installed any latest cumulative update released September 16, 2020 or later and proceed to Windows 10 from media or an installation source that do not have an LC released October 13, 2020 or later.

This happens when managed devices are updated via outdated bundles or media through update management tools. These could be Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

If you encountered this issue, you can mitigate it by going back to the previous versions.

Another issue is that, after the installation of this update and restarting the device, you might not be able to sign-in to some Microsoft 365 desktop client apps.

As a mitigation measure of this, you can restart the device a second time. If restart does not mitigate the issue, you can use any of these three web versions of the apps; Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business and Outlook.
